Refund policy

You can change or return your orders within 14 days of receiving them, but products that need or are desired special production cannot be changed or returned. Products that are requested to be changed can only be exchanged with a different size of the same product. Purchased goods cannot be changed with different products. While the products are sent to the customer, the shipping fee belongs to the company, but any customs fee (if any) belongs to the customer. Shipping and customs costs (if any) belong to the customer during the shipment of the products to the company for exchange or return. If the cargo or customs fees of the package sent for exchange are not paid by the customer, the package will not be accepted by the company. If the cargo or customs fees of the package sent for return are not paid by the customer, the package will be accepted by the company, but the full shipping and customs costs will be deducted from the return price. In order to cancel or return your orders, you must send an e-mail to “info@burcuaslan.com”. After the information mail, you can make the necessary markings on the change and return form on the envelope containing the invoice, and send it to our address on the envelope by paying the shipping fee. The entire responsibility of the package until it reaches to Burcu Aslan Showroom belongs to the customer. After the package is received, the orders that are examined in the quality control department and approved for compliance with change will be reproduced and ready for shipment within an average of 10 working days.
